W.A.T.C.H Out………..

“WATCH OUT “…….cautions a Parent

“WATCH IT”………warns a Friend or a Foe

“WATCH WHAT?”…………says my mind.

The cautioning of the parent is about – Words

The warning of a friend or a foe is about – Actions

The inquiry of my mind is about – Thoughts

regarding watching out my – Character

and my – Heart

So watching Words, Actions, and Thoughts will give shape to Character that oozes the Love in my Heart.

If it all starts with words,  what kind of words?

Words that are Soft, Sweet and Loving only – all the time and in all times.

For that to happen our words have to go through the following gate keepers – says  Sathya Sai Baba.  Before we say anything we should ask ourselves –

“Is this the Truth?

Will it hurt me?

Will it hurt the others?

Will it improve on silence?”

The answers will determine whether I should say anything.

Well, then I won’t have much to say EVER, will I?

Seriously, if my words are the first step in shaping my character, then I will be WATCH…ing my words.  Will you join me?

What kind of words will you use, with yourself and others – today, tomorrow and the day after?

Let me know. I am keen to hear.

With Love and Respect
